For commercial drones (Inspire 3, Matrice 350 RTK), you must hold a valid CAA Operator ID and appropriate competency certificates (A2 CofC or GVC). Sub-250g drones like the Mini 4 Pro have fewer restrictions, but all pilots must comply with the UK Drone and Model Aircraft Code.
You are liable for any loss or damage during your rental period unless you purchase our Comprehensive Insurance Add-on at checkout. This covers accidental damage and flyaways with a fixed excess, protecting you from full replacement costs.
Yes. A refundable pre-authorisation of £500 is held on your payment card 24 hours before your rental starts. It is released immediately upon safe return and inspection of the equipment.
Travel costs are the responsibility of the renter. These will be quoted transparently at the time of booking based on your location, so there are no surprises.
Our standard policy covers usage within the United Kingdom only. If you need to travel internationally, contact our team before booking so we can arrange extended insurance and cross-border permissions.
We require a minimum 48-hour lead time to process your identity verification and prepare the equipment. For urgent requirements, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
